Submit your letter of SUPPORT on SB 499 today!

We are writing to you today to request your support on an important piece of legislation for our members. This year, CARPD is proud to sponsor SB 499 (Stern), a bill that adds parkland and recreational facilities to the list of public improvements exempt from certain fee deferrals. With this bill, the State will affirm our districts' essential role in providing safety and support in public emergencies and will facilitate local strategic planning to best utilize all available community resources.
