Position is open until filled.

The Coordinator (Programs) is responsible for aquatic-based programs, organizes regular staff training, and conducts in- service training to maintain high safety and program quality standards. This position ensures a safe and effective aquatic environment by supervising instructors and coordinating groups, swimming teams, and private lessons. Weekly responsibilities are divided into approximately 20 hours of direct service and 20 hours dedicated to administrative tasks or special projects.
